Create New Database

This form is displayed when creation of a new database is requested.

Creating a new database

Enter a unique name for your new database. The name must only contain characters a to z A to Z 0 to 9 - or _

Select the taxonomy you want to use from the list of available taxonomies. Selecting a taxonomy will display a list of languages for common names which are supported for that taxonomy.

Select the species common name language you want to use from the available list.

When you have entered the name and selected the taxonomy and language click on the Create New Database button to create the database and open it.
