Recently Used List

Introduction

This window is displayed when no database is open  It shows the most recently used functions you have performed in Wildlife Recorder 4 and allows them to be repeated.

Recently Used Functions

• Repeat a recent action.
  Double-click the required entry in the recently used list or position to the entry with the keyboard and press the enter key.

• Delete a recent action
  To delete an entry from the recently used list select the required item and right click on it and select Delete from the menu or press the Del key.

• Clear all recently used actions
  To delete a the entries from the recently used list select any item and right click on it and select Clear recently used list from the menu or press Ctrl + Del key.

Right-clicking on a database name will display a context menu from which commonly used functions can be selected.

Other operations can be performed by clicking on buttons in the toolbar.  Note that a description of the toolbar button icon is displayed if you hover the mouse over the button.  If a keyboard shortcut is available that will also be shown.
