Observers Filter

The observers list can be filtered by Name, Initials, Organisation Flag or notes.

The field to be filtered on can be selected from the field drop-down.

If the cursor was in a cell on an observer row when filter was requested the value from that cell will be shown and the field will automatically be selected from the drop-down

If a portion of the name is selected then the filter will be performed using the selected value rather than the complete text.

E.g.

Will filter on name and show all observers whose names contain O'

Will filter on name and show all observers whose names contain Eamonn O' Reilly

Filtering on organisation

Observers can be filter using the organisation flag,  Enter true in the filter value to show all organisations, enter false to show all observers who are not organisations.

Cancelling the filter tool

To cancel the search click the X button or press the ESC key..
